This mod will allow you to set customers to have free shipping.
This is set on two levels :
- per customer (set as no by default)
- global config (set as no by default)
If global config is set to no, then no customer (even if they are
configured to get free shipping) will receive free shipping.
If global config is set to yes, then the customers you configure
to receive free shipping will receive it.
Additional Information
By having it set this way, you can setup all the customers you
want to have free shipping, and then if need be disable it with
one click without losing any settings.
